Are your teachers qualified?

All of our teachers are fully ASA or STA qualified, have a wealth of experience in teaching swimming, and the majority of which also hold first aid and RLSS lifeguard qualifications.

Are you insured?

Every pool we operate at is covered by our own public liability insurance policy, and every one of our teachers is insured by the IoS (Institute of Sport).

Will the teacher be in the pool with my child?

For stages 1 & 2 teachers will be in the water to maximise safety and provide a more engaging lesson.  When your children reach stage 3, we prefer teachers to operate from the side of the pool to promote independence and confidence in the water. However, the teacher will only adopt this approach if they are confident that all children in the class are ready.

How old does my child need to be?

We teach adult and baby lessons from 3 months to 24 months, adult and toddler lessons from 24 -36 months and standard ASA lessons from 3 years old and up.

What happens we miss a lesson?

If your child is ill we cannot offer a make up lesson as we have already paid the venue for hire of the pool. If you cannot make a lesson and notify us 7 days before we can arrange a catch up lesson

How long do I have to book for?
